Samira's Great Georgian Week
Dear Diary,
During the half term I did a progect called Building detectives which took placeat the foundling museum.
It was so much funand went on for 4 days.
On teusday we dressed up in Geogian clothes and did a bit of acting. We did a roleplay of to couples and we were given fans so when we were asked us a question we had to use our fans to answer. In the evening we write letters to our parentsusing quill pen then put coloured waxs on it and then used pictured stamps to seal them.
On Wednesday we went for our jubilee walk. On the walk we were given a map with questions, clues and pictures on it. We had to walk around town for 30min searching for object that give us information on the georgian. In the evening we made ball masks and made Geogian wigs. Before we went home Jonathon did a rat-catcher thearter act. He did a rat race with 3 fake rats, I found it very funny.
On Thursday we went to Sir Jonh Soane's Home Museum. He was a rchitectand in his house he had a Sarcophagus in the centre of his house. A Sarcophagus is a Eygpt tomb cot. He had loads of portraites and bird eye veiw
